BERLIN, BERLIN…
My street photography in Berlin is a reflection of my personal fascination for the unplanned and the real. I look for the small gestures, the unexpected moments and the special lighting moods that make a moment unforgettable. Whether it’s the play of light and shadow on an old façade, a thoughtful glance in the underground or the energy of a lively market square – I capture the soul of the city in my pictures.
Through my lens, I want to give you a new perspective on Berlin and invite you to see the city with different eyes. My street photography Berlin shows the unvarnished beauty of everyday life and the unique dynamics that make this capital city so vibrant.
ISTANBUL, ISTANBUL…
Istanbul offers an almost inexhaustible backdrop for street photography. The city, which straddles two continents, is a living museum and at the same time an engine of modernity. From the bustling bazaars and majestic mosques to the narrow streets of historic Sultanahmet, the hip cafés in Karaköy or the lively neighbourhoods of Kadıköy on the Asian side – every corner tells its own captivating story. The special light over the Bosphorus, the intense colours, the smells of spices and the endless variety of people make street photography in Istanbul a feast for the senses.
Here you can meet fishermen on the Galata Bridge, tea sellers, craftsmen in their small shops, tourists from all over the world and long-established Istanbul residents. Every encounter, every look, every gesture is a potential motif. The often chaotic but always charming aesthetic of Istanbul is reflected in the authentic street photography shots.
PARIS, PARIS…
My street photography Paris is an expression of my deep admiration for the elegance and everyday poetry of this city. I look for the small gestures, the unexpected moments and the special lighting moods that make a moment unforgettable. Whether it’s the play of light and shadow under an arcade, a thoughtful glance in a street café or the dynamics of a busy metro station – I capture the soul of the city in my pictures.
Through my lens, I want to give you a new perspective on Paris and invite you to see the city through different eyes. My street photography Paris shows the unvarnished beauty of everyday life and the timeless appeal that makes this capital city so vibrant.
LISBON, LISBON…
With its unique blend of nostalgic charm and vibrant life, Lisbon is an inexhaustible source of inspiration for street photography. The city of seven hills, bathed in a warm, golden light, offers fascinating motifs at every turn. From the narrow, winding alleyways of the Alfama and the historic trams that snake groaningly through the hills, to the elegant boulevards of the Baixa and the lively docks of Cais do Sodré – every corner tells its own captivating story.
Here you will encounter fishermen offering their catch on the banks of the Tagus, elderly ladies watching the hustle and bustle from their balconies, passengers on the legendary Eléctrico 28 and young artists who have found their home in creative neighbourhoods such as Bairro Alto or Graça. Every encounter, every glance, every gesture is a potential motif. The often untidy but always enchanting aesthetic of Lisbon is a reflection of the soul of the city and makes street photography here a feast for the senses.
